Reiki Level One is a one day certification class introducing the Usui/Tibetan Reiki healing system.  This level begins deep healing that not only empowers you in your own journey, but also allows you to share healing with others.  You will receive a level one Reiki attunement that enhances your abilities to raise your own energetic levels as well as clients energetic levels during sessions. The class includes time for hands on practice sessions so that class participants not only feel comfortable with what they have learned, but they will also feel refreshed and relaxed afterward!  

At the end of this class you will be able to administer hands on Reiki treatments to others and yourself and have a basic understanding of the energy body. 

Class training manual is provided. Please make sure to eat a healthy meal and have plenty of water before we begin class.

*Susanne Gardner has been practicing Massage Therapy for the last 25 years. Graduate of Utah College of Massage Therapy in 1997. At this present time she is an Educator and Lead Massage Therapist at Soulstice Day Spa in West Jordan, UT. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and professional skills with others. She has held her own classes for many students and has taught at the Aveda Insutute in Denver.
She is also well known for her healing Reiki Energy work. She has many Reiki Students that she has helped become Master Level.
