PRENATAL MASSAGE

• A relaxing massage specifically designed for the expectant mother. This wonderful massage promotes relaxation, relieves tension and increases circulation to relieve swollen hands and feet. A pre-natal pillow is used to ensure comfort and safety. The supportive pillow enables the mom-to-be to lay on her stomach throughout her rst trimester. For those mama's in the 2nd and 3rd trimester, we'll prop you up comfortably on your side. (Many of our therapists have further training and specialize in 2nd and 3rd trimester facedown positioning.
