At Soulstice Day Spa & Salon Salons we require a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations without proper notice prohibit other guests from being able to fill that slot. We do require a credit card to hold any appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment value. Any No Show appointments will be charged 100% of the booked appointment value.
