POLICIES
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
At Soulstice Day Spa & Salon Salons we require a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations without proper notice prohibit other guests from being able to fill that slot. We do require a credit card to hold any appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment value. Any No Show appointments will be charged 100% of the booked appointment value. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to love the products you choose to support your look at home. We will happily exchange any home-care product that you purchase from the salon company for something better suited for your needs within 30 days of purchase. Any unopened product can be returned for refund within 30 days of purchase.
SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS
Our goal is to meet your expectations during every visit. Guests may contact us within 7 days of their service(s) for any changes that they require. We would love the opportunity to make things right for you within 7 days of the original service. If you request/require an additional service to achieve your desired look - and you did not originally receive that service - you will be charged full price for the additional service.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you happen to be running late for your scheduled time, we will do our best to accommodate your scheduled services, but please understand that your reserved time may need to be rescheduled or your services may need to be adjusted accordingly.
PRICING
Every service provider at Soulstice works on a level system. Each service has a small increase in price for each level. This increase is typically between $2-$5. The level system accomplishes two main goals. The first is to provide a career path of growth and achievement for our team. The second is to provide several options for your various service needs. Service providers achieve level promotions based on the demand for their time.
Guests may choose the level that best fits their needs and their budget. The training our team receives is aggressive, consistent, innovative, and in-depth. It starts from the moment they are hired and continues through their entire career with us.
CHILDREN
We LOVE children! That being said we must ask that your children not accompany you to the spa unless they have an appointment.
CELL PHONES
Just like you, our cell phones are an extension of our lives. However, conversations can be distracting for others in the spa, please refrain from taking calls during your appointment. We also ask that you silence your device(s) when in our treatment areas.
MISCELLANEOUS
Please advise our service providers of any medical conditions or allergies you may have prior to your service with us.
If you have a reservation to receive a special occasion style, we recommend you wear a button-down shirt for ease of changing.
At Soulstice Day Spa & Salon, we work as a cohesive team. If feel you would have a better experience with another service provider, please let us know.
PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that we gather when you are accessing or using our Services, but not to the practices of companies we don’t own or control, or people that we don’t manage. We gather various types of Personal Information from our users, as explained in more detail below, and we use this Personal Information internally in connection with our Services, including to personalize, provide, and improve our services, to allow you to set up a user account and profile, to contact you and allow other users to contact you, to fulfill your requests for certain products and services, and to analyze how you use the Services. In certain cases, we may also share some Personal Information with third parties, but only as described below.
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register for the Services or send any personal information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that a child under 13 may have provided us personal information, please contact us at info@soulsticedayspa.com.
We’re constantly trying to improve our Services, so we may need to change this Privacy Policy from time to time as well, but we will alert you to changes by placing a notice within the application, by sending you an email, and/or by some other means. Please note that if you’ve opted not to receive legal notice emails from us (or you haven’t provided us with your email address), those legal notices will still govern your use of the Services, and you are still responsible for reading and understanding them. If you use the Services after any changes to the Privacy Policy have been posted, that means you agree to all of the changes. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used.
We neither rent nor sell your Personal Information in personally identifiable form to anyone. However, we may share your Personal Information with third parties.
