Most commonly found in the neck, knots can be found in any muscle on the body. Overtime those knots can become restrictive for your muscle, leading to limited range of motion and pain. The focus of trigger point therapy is to target that specific area to help release the knot and tension.

I have found with my clients, it is one of the best treatments when dealing with sore and/or tense areas. Receiving trigger point therapy can almost always bring immediate relief to the body, although depending on the severity of the tension found, you should expect to have more than one session to feel long lasting effects.
